Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, features, content, and other services provided by Treasurely Security Inc. ("TREASURELY," "we," "our," or "us"), collectively, the "Services."

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

1.About TREASURELY

TREASURELY provides digital-safety tools and educational resources designed to help people better understand and respond to online security concerns.

The Services may include:

• Ask TREASURELY
• Scam Check
• Digital-safety guidance
• Cybersecurity articles and educational content
• Account security features
• Security-related alerts and notifications
• Points, rewards, and promotional benefits
• Email newsletters and communications
• Other features TREASURELY may introduce

The Services may change as TREASURELY develops and improves its products.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Services, you represent that:

• You meet the applicable age requirements
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
• The information you provide is accurate
• You will comply with these Terms and applicable laws
• You are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law

If you use the Services on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or organization to these Terms.

3.User Accounts

Certain features require a TREASURELY account.

When creating or maintaining an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Maintain control over the email address associated with your account
• Promptly update information that becomes inaccurate
• Notify TREASURELY if you suspect unauthorized access
• Take reasonable steps to secure your device and account

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances within TREASURELY's control.

You may not:

• Create an account using false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Share an account in a way that compromises its security
• Access another user's account without authorization
• Create accounts through automated or deceptive means
• Create or control multiple accounts to circumvent eligibility, usage, points, rewards, referral, or promotional limits

Contact us promptly at hello@treasurelysecurity.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4.License to Use the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TREASURELY grants you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and nonsublicensable license to access and use the Services for lawful personal purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Services or any TREASURELY intellectual property to you.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the Services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Circumvent security, access, eligibility, or usage restrictions
• Use the Services to create a competing product or service
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
• Use TREASURELY branding without written permission

TREASURELY reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

5.Ask TREASURELY

Ask TREASURELY provides automated educational information and digital-safety guidance based on the query you submit.

Responses may be generated or supported by artificial intelligence and other automated systems.

Ask TREASURELY is intended to help you:

• Better understand a potential digital-safety concern
• Identify possible next steps
• Learn about common online risks
• Determine when you may need assistance from another person or organization

Ask TREASURELY does not provide:

• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Medical advice
• Law-enforcement services
• Emergency assistance
• Professional cybersecurity incident response
• A guarantee that an account, message, website, device, or situation is safe

Responses may be incomplete, outdated, delayed, or incorrect. Automated systems may misunderstand your query or provide information that does not apply to your specific circumstances.

You are responsible for evaluating a response before acting on it.

For urgent or high-risk matters, contact the appropriate organization directly. This may include your bank, payment provider, employer, school, account provider, law-enforcement agency, emergency services, or a qualified cybersecurity professional.

Information you should not submit

Do not submit the following through Ask TREASURELY:

• Passwords
• One-time authentication codes
• Recovery codes
• Private encryption keys
• Social Security numbers
• Full payment-card numbers
• Bank-account credentials
• Government identification numbers
• Information you are not legally authorized to disclose
• Any other highly sensitive information

You are responsible for the information you choose to submit.

6.Scam Check

Scam Check allows you to submit a website address or URL for an automated security assessment.

Scam Check may evaluate signals associated with a submitted URL and provide a risk assessment, explanation, or recommended precautions.

Scam Check accepts URLs only. It is not designed to analyze:

• Screenshots
• Files
• Email messages
• Text messages
• Phone numbers
• Payment details
• Account credentials

No guarantee of safety

A Scam Check result is informational and does not guarantee that a website is safe, legitimate, accurate, or free from harmful content.

Websites and their content may change after an assessment. Scam Check may also rely on technical signals or third-party information that is incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.

A favorable result does not mean that you should:

• Enter personal information
• Enter payment information
• Download a file
• Install software
• Grant device permissions
• Send money
• Communicate with an unknown person
• Ignore other warning signs

You remain responsible for deciding whether to visit or interact with a website.

URL submissions

By submitting a URL, you represent that:

• You have a lawful reason to submit it
• Your submission does not violate another person's rights
• You are not using Scam Check to harass, target, or harm another person
• You are not attempting to overwhelm, test, exploit, or disrupt the Services

Do not place passwords, authentication codes, financial credentials, or other sensitive personal information within a submitted URL.

TREASURELY may limit or block excessive, automated, deceptive, or abusive Scam Check activity.

7.User Submissions

"User Submissions" means URLs, queries, feedback, support messages, form responses, and other information you choose to submit through the Services.

You retain any rights you hold in your User Submissions.

You grant TREASURELY a limited, worldwide, nonexclusive license to host, transmit, process, reproduce, and otherwise use User Submissions only as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the feature you requested
• Operate and secure the Services
• Respond to support requests
• Detect fraud, abuse, or technical problems
• Comply with legal obligations
• Exercise the rights described in our Privacy Policy

This license does not give TREASURELY ownership of your User Submissions.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the information and allow TREASURELY to process it as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You may not submit information that:

• Violates applicable law
• Infringes another person's rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Was obtained through unauthorized access
• Is intended to threaten, exploit, harass, or deceive someone
• Interferes with the operation or security of the Services

Our collection, processing, retention, and disclosure of User Submissions are described in the TREASURELY Privacy Policy.

8.Points, Rewards, and Promotional Benefits

TREASURELY may allow users to earn points, rewards, status, access, discounts, offers, or other promotional benefits through eligible activities.

Points and rewards:

• Have no cash value unless TREASURELY expressly states otherwise
• Are not currency, property, stored value, or a financial account
• Are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable outside the methods TREASURELY provides
• May not be sold, purchased, exchanged, traded, pooled, gifted, or transferred between accounts
• May be subject to eligibility requirements, limits, expiration dates, availability, and additional terms
• Do not guarantee that any particular reward, offer, redemption, or benefit will remain available
• May be delayed while TREASURELY verifies qualifying activity or reviews suspected misuse

Points do not represent money owed to you and do not create a contractual right to receive cash or any particular item, service, discount, or benefit.

TREASURELY may establish limits on how points or rewards are earned or redeemed, including limits based on:

• Account
• User
• Device
• Household
• Location
• Activity
• Promotion
• Referral
• Time period
• Redemption
• Partner eligibility
• Other reasonable criteria

TREASURELY may change earning rates, qualifying activities, point values, redemption requirements, expiration rules, available rewards, or program limits.

Qualifying activity

Points or rewards are awarded only for activities that TREASURELY determines satisfy the applicable eligibility rules.

Completing an action does not guarantee that points or rewards will be issued. TREASURELY may verify that an action was authentic, completed, eligible, and not reversed, duplicated, manipulated, automated, or otherwise abusive.

Additional terms may apply to a specific reward, referral program, promotion, offer, challenge, or campaign.

9.Points and Rewards Abuse

You may not attempt to obtain or redeem points, rewards, promotional benefits, referrals, or other advantages through fraudulent, deceptive, automated, abusive, manipulated, or unintended activity.

Prohibited activity includes:

• Creating or controlling multiple accounts to obtain duplicate points or rewards
• Sharing, selling, buying, transferring, or trading accounts
• Sharing, selling, buying, transferring, or trading points or rewards
• Using bots, scripts, emulators, macros, automation, or other tools to generate activity
• Repeatedly completing the same action when it was intended to qualify only once
• Artificially generating app sessions, feature usage, referrals, clicks, scans, or other qualifying events
• Manipulating devices, device identifiers, IP addresses, location signals, referral codes, accounts, or eligibility criteria
• Providing false, incomplete, misleading, or fabricated information
• Referring yourself through another account, identity, device, or method
• Creating fake, inactive, or coordinated referral accounts
• Exploiting bugs, errors, delays, duplicate events, or unintended product behavior
• Coordinating with another person to improperly earn, transfer, or redeem points
• Attempting to earn points for activity that was canceled, refunded, reversed, disputed, or otherwise invalidated
• Attempting to conceal the source, ownership, identity, location, device, or purpose of qualifying activity
• Interfering with systems used to calculate, verify, issue, track, or redeem points
• Using the Services in a way TREASURELY reasonably determines is inconsistent with the intended purpose of a points or rewards program

You must not attempt to exploit a technical issue after becoming aware that it may improperly generate points, rewards, or other benefits.

If you discover a potential error, exploit, or vulnerability affecting points or rewards, stop using it and report it to TREASURELY.

10.Points Reviews, Reversals, and Enforcement

TREASURELY may review points, rewards, qualifying activity, referrals, redemptions, or account activity at any time.

If TREASURELY reasonably suspects fraud, manipulation, abuse, error, ineligibility, or a violation of these Terms, TREASURELY may:

• Delay or deny the issuance of points or rewards
• Place points, rewards, accounts, or redemptions under review
• Require additional verification
• Freeze the use or redemption of points
• Reverse, remove, reduce, or expire improperly issued points
• Cancel or reverse a redemption
• Restrict participation in a promotion, referral program, or rewards feature
• Disqualify qualifying activity
• Suspend or terminate an account
• Block related accounts, devices, identifiers, or activity
• Recover rewards, benefits, or losses
• Take other action permitted by law

TREASURELY may correct point balances or reward records affected by:

• Technical errors
• Duplicate awards
• Delayed events
• Canceled activity
• Reversed activity
• Refunds
• Chargebacks
• Fraud
• System failures
• Incorrect eligibility determinations

TREASURELY's records regarding points, qualifying activity, referrals, redemptions, and account status will control unless you provide reasonable evidence of an error and TREASURELY determines that a correction is appropriate.

TREASURELY may require you to return or reimburse the value of a reward obtained through fraud, abuse, manipulation, or error, to the extent permitted by law.

11.Rewards Availability and Program Changes

Points, rewards, offers, promotions, and redemption options may be limited, modified, replaced, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

TREASURELY may change:

• How points are earned
• How points are calculated
• The value of points
• Redemption thresholds
• Available rewards
• Eligibility rules
• Expiration periods
• Account or activity limits
• Promotion terms
• Partner participation

TREASURELY may make changes without advance notice when reasonably necessary to:

• Prevent fraud or abuse
• Correct an error
• Protect users
• Comply with law
• Address security concerns
• Respond to a partner change
• Maintain the technical or financial sustainability of a program

Where practical, TREASURELY may provide advance notice of other material program changes.

TREASURELY is not responsible if a reward, offer, partner benefit, or promotion becomes unavailable.

Additional terms may apply to a specific reward, referral program, promotion, challenge, campaign, or partner offer. If those additional terms conflict with this section, the more specific terms will control for that activity.

12.Third-Party Rewards and Offers

TREASURELY may feature rewards, discounts, promotions, products, services, or offers provided by third-party partners.

Third-party rewards and offers may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, availability limitations, expiration dates, geographic restrictions, and privacy practices.

TREASURELY does not control and is not responsible for a third party's:

• Products or services
• Pricing
• Availability
• Inventory
• Fulfillment
• Shipping
• Refunds
• Cancellations
• Customer service
• Representations
• Security
• Terms
• Privacy practices
• Actions or omissions

Unless TREASURELY expressly states otherwise, TREASURELY is not the seller or provider of a third-party product, service, reward, discount, or promotion.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable partner terms before redeeming or participating in a third-party offer.

13.Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services.

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Commit, facilitate, or conceal fraud
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or exploit another person
• Obtain unauthorized access to an account, device, network, or system
• Distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, or harmful code
• Conduct phishing, credential theft, impersonation, or social-engineering attacks
• Test or scan systems without authorization
• Interfere with the security or availability of the Services
• Bypass rate limits, access controls, eligibility rules, or technical restrictions
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data through unauthorized automated methods
• Reverse engineer the Services except where legally permitted
• Submit excessive automated requests
• Misrepresent the source or purpose of a submission
• Use outputs to make unlawful or harmful decisions
• Manipulate points, rewards, referrals, promotions, or qualifying activity
• Encourage or assist another person in violating these Terms

You may not use TREASURELY as authorization to access, investigate, test, or interfere with any third-party account, website, device, or system.

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect TREASURELY, our users, our partners, or others.

14.Educational Content

TREASURELY may publish articles, alerts, explanations, recommendations, and other educational material.

This content is provided for general informational purposes. It may not reflect the most recent threats, laws, platform policies, or technical developments.

Educational content is not a substitute for advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on information provided through the Services.

15.Notifications and Communications

TREASURELY may send:

• Account-related communications
• Security notices
• Service announcements
• Push notifications
• Points and rewards updates
• Promotion or redemption notices
• Support responses
• Product updates
• Newsletters or marketing communications you have requested

You may control push notifications through your device settings.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option included in those emails. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent TREASURELY from sending messages necessary to operate or secure your account.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

16.Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may interact with or provide links to third-party websites, platforms, applications, products, or services.

TREASURELY does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their:

• Content
• Availability
• Accuracy
• Security
• Products or services
• Terms
• Privacy practices
• Actions or omissions

A Scam Check assessment, external link, reference, reward, offer, or mention does not constitute TREASURELY's endorsement of a third party.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that third party's terms and privacy policy.

You are responsible for reviewing those terms before interacting with the third-party service.

17.Privacy

TREASURELY's Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that TREASURELY may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy concerning how personal information is handled, the Privacy Policy will control with respect to that issue.

18.Intellectual Property

The Services and their contents are owned by TREASURELY or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

This includes:

• The TREASURELY name and branding
• Logos and trademarks
• Software and source code
• Product designs
• User interfaces
• Graphics and illustrations
• Written content
• Educational materials
• Videos, audio, and animations
• Databases and compilations
• The selection and arrangement of content

Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, perform, sell, license, or create derivative works from TREASURELY materials without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use TREASURELY's trademarks, trade dress, logos, or branding.

19.Feedback

You may choose to provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests, comments, or other feedback about TREASURELY.

Providing feedback is voluntary.

You grant TREASURELY a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and incorporate that feedback into its products and services without compensation or attribution.

This provision does not transfer ownership of private information submitted through Ask TREASURELY, Scam Check, or customer support.

20.Changes to the Services

TREASURELY may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services.

We may make changes to:

• Features
• Interfaces
• Eligibility requirements
• Supported devices
• Usage limits
• Points and rewards rules
• Technical requirements
• Availability
• Content

We may make these changes without prior notice when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, maintenance, or product development.

Where practical, we may provide notice of material changes that significantly affect existing users.

TREASURELY is not obligated to continue providing any particular feature, point value, reward, offer, promotion, or benefit.

21.Service Availability

We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Services may be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Upgrades
• Security work
• Fraud-prevention measures
• Technical failures
• Internet or telecommunications outages
• Third-party service interruptions
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Events outside TREASURELY's reasonable control

TREASURELY is not responsible for losses resulting solely from temporary interruptions except where applicable law provides otherwise.

22.Account Suspension and Termination

TREASURELY may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access if we reasonably believe:

• You violated these Terms
• Your account presents a security risk
• Your activity is fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful
• Your activity involves suspected points, rewards, referral, promotion, or redemption abuse
• Your activity may harm TREASURELY, another user, a partner, or a third party
• Suspension is required by law
• Suspension is necessary to investigate unauthorized access
• Continuing to provide access would create legal, security, financial, or technical risk

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

We may act without advance notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal, financial, or safety reasons.

Suspension or termination may result in the cancellation or loss of points, rewards, pending redemptions, promotions, status, or other benefits, particularly when the account was involved in fraud, abuse, manipulation, or a violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions concerning intellectual property, feedback, points and rewards enforcement, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and disputes.

23.Account Deletion

You may delete your TREASURELY account through your profile in the mobile application.

Deleting your account permanently ends your access to that account and initiates deletion of account information maintained directly in TREASURELY's primary systems, subject to the exceptions described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account may result in the permanent loss of:

• Points
• Rewards
• Pending redemptions
• Referral credit
• Promotional benefits
• Status
• Account history
• Other account-linked benefits

Points, rewards, or benefits associated with a deleted account cannot be transferred to another account unless TREASURELY expressly permits it.

Deleting the TREASURELY application from your device does not delete your account.

Some information may remain after account deletion when:

• It is maintained separately by a service provider
• It has been aggregated, anonymized, or deidentified
• It must be retained to comply with law
• It is necessary to detect or prevent fraud or abuse
• It is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
• It temporarily remains in secure backups or technical logs

24.Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

TREASURELY disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Title
• Noninfringement
• Accuracy
• Availability
• Security

TREASURELY does not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Every threat, scam, or security risk will be identified
• Every response or assessment will be accurate or complete
• A URL receiving a favorable result is safe
• The Services will prevent account compromise, fraud, loss, or harm
• Technical defects will be corrected immediately
• The Services will meet every user's requirements
• Information will always be current
• Points or rewards will always be available, issued, redeemable, or maintain a particular value
• A particular offer, promotion, partner, reward, or benefit will remain available

Ask TREASURELY responses and Scam Check assessments may contain errors or omit relevant information.

You use the Services and act on their outputs at your own discretion and risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

25.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TREASURELY and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes damages arising from:

• Loss of data
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Loss of goodwill
• Account compromise
• Fraud or identity theft
• Security incidents
• Reliance on a response or assessment
• Interaction with a third-party website
• Service interruptions
• Unauthorized account access
• Inability to use the Services
• Loss, cancellation, reversal, expiration, or unavailability of points or rewards
• Failure of a third party to honor, fulfill, or provide a reward or offer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TREASURELY's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid TREASURELY for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
• One hundred U.S. dollars

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if TREASURELY was advised that damages were possible.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.

26.Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TREASURELY and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, partners, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from:

• Your unlawful use of the Services
• Your material violation of these Terms
• Your violation of another person's rights
• User Submissions you were not authorized to provide
• Fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activity conducted through your account
• Manipulation or abuse of points, rewards, referrals, offers, promotions, or redemptions

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from TREASURELY's own unlawful conduct, negligence, or willful misconduct.

TREASURELY may assume control of the defense of a covered claim. If it does, you agree to reasonably cooperate with the defense.

27.Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that is not required by applicable law to be brought elsewhere will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

You and TREASURELY consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot be waived under the laws applicable where you live.

28.Mobile Application and Apple Terms

If you access the Services through an application downloaded from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and TREASURELY, not Apple
• TREASURELY, not Apple, is responsible for the Services and their content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Services
• TREASURELY is responsible for addressing claims relating to the application, subject to these Terms and applicable law
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the applicable mobile-application license terms
• After accepting these Terms, Apple may enforce the applicable license terms against you as a third-party beneficiary
• Your use of the application must comply with the applicable App Store usage rules

To the extent applicable, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your license to use the iOS application.

These Terms separately govern your use of TREASURELY accounts, features, content, points, rewards, and Services.

If these Terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, the mandatory App Store terms will control solely to the extent of the conflict.

29.Changes to These Terms

TREASURELY may update these Terms as its Services, points and rewards programs, business, or legal obligations evolve.

The updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice through:

• The Services
• The mobile application
• Email
• A website notice
• Another appropriate communication method

Where required by law, we will request your consent before applying material changes.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.

30.General Terms

Entire agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and TREASURELY concerning the Services, except where additional feature-specific, promotion-specific, referral, reward, or partner terms expressly apply.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

The unenforceable provision will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.

No waiver

TREASURELY's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without TREASURELY's written consent.

TREASURELY may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of the Services.

Headings

Section headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation.

Electronic communications
