This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you when you use the TREASURELY website, mobile application, Ask TREASURELY, Scam Check, newsletters, and other products or services that link to this Privacy Policy, collectively, the "Services."
TREASURELY was built on the belief that digital safety should be simple, transparent, and designed for real people. Protecting your information is not just a product feature. It is part of our core mission.

When you use Ask TREASURELY, the text of your query is transmitted for processing so that TREASURELY can understand your request and provide a response.
TREASURELY does not save or maintain a log of the text of your Ask TREASURELY queries in its database.
TREASURELY may retain limited, non-content information about your use of Ask TREASURELY, such as:

- The type of security concern involved
- Whether the feature completed successfully
- General usage and performance information
- The date or time the feature was used
For example, we may record that a request concerned phishing, a suspicious login, or account recovery without retaining the words you entered.
Ask TREASURELY uses OpenAI as a service provider to help interpret and process queries. Query text is transmitted to OpenAI for this limited purpose.

- Detect and prevent misuse
Scam Check does not accept or analyze screenshots, files, phone numbers, email messages, or payment information.
Do not include passwords, authentication codes, financial account details, or other sensitive personal information within a submitted URL.
TREASURELY may retain limited information related to a Scam Check, such as the submitted URL, assessment result, general risk category, technical performance information, and the date or time of the check.
